仿UIAlertController

### FAQ
1. 在进行`dismiss/pop`转场后`立即使用TLAlertController`显示弹窗时显示时，显示失败或坐标不对
- 导致该问题的原因是`dismiss/pop`转场事件还未彻底结束。因为同一时间只能有一个转场事务所，所以只要在转场事件彻底结束后再发起弹窗即可（如可在`dismiss/pop转场完成回调中发起弹窗`）

- 高仿系统原生样式效果，有Alert和Sheet两种模式
- 支持自定义文本字体和颜色等
- 支持title和massage富文本（1.1.1） 
- 组件行高、宽度、massage文本对齐设置等样式设置（1.1.1） 
- 支持自定义view作为Action
- 支持横屏
- 支持深色模式
- 不支持文本输入，但可以采用自定义view作为Action的方式实现
- 只支持iOS 9.0及以上系统
- 支持pod

- 与UIAlertController的用法高度一致
- 直接将demo中`Lib文件夹中的文件`导入到项目即可使用
