# NeWRF
NeWRF: A Deep Learning Framework for Wireless Radiation Field Reconstruction and Channel Prediction

**Fix (2025/02/19):** We notice that the latest MATLAB (2024b) raytracer may incorrectly produce path loss as zero. We have pushed a fix to the simulator to address this issue. If you find the simulated CFR scale be around 1, please pull the latest code for the fix.

## Requirement
- Python: 3.10.9
- Pytorch: 1.13.1
- CUDA: 11.7

## Usage
- simulator/ contains the simulation code. Run main.m in MATLAB to generate datasets.
- Use mat2pkl.py script in the simulator/ to convert the dataset from .mat to the .pkl.
- train.py contains the training code. Usage:
```
python train.py --env [environment]
```
- eval.py contains the evaluation code. Usage:
```
python eval.py --env [environment] --ckpt [checkpoint file] 
```
- demo.ipynb provides visualization during the training process
