## 🚀 Quick Start

```bash
# 1. Clone
git clone https://github.com/hirotomasato/pelerproxy.git
cd pelerproxy

# 2. Virtual environment
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # Linux/Mac
venv\Scripts\activate     # Windows

# 3. Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# 4. Configure
cp config.example.toml config.toml
# Edit config.toml with your bot token and admin IDs

# 5. Run
python bot.py
```

## ⚙️ Configuration

Edit `config.toml` after copying from `config.example.toml`:

| `[bot]` | `token` | Telegram bot token from [@BotFather](https://t.me/botfather) |
| `[admin]` | `ids` | List of admin Telegram user IDs |
| `[captcha.azcaptcha]` | `api_key` | AZCaptcha API key (or set via admin panel) |
| `[captcha.2captcha]` | `api_key` | 2Captcha API key |
| `[captcha]` | `default_provider` | `"azcaptcha"` or `"2captcha"` |
| `[limits]` | `max_registrations_per_day` | Daily limit per user (default: 1) |
