## 快速开始

### 1. 安装依赖

```bash
# 后端依赖
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

# 前端依赖
cd frontend
npm install
cd ..
```

### 2. 启动项目

```bash
# 生产模式（会自动构建前端）
python3 run.py

# 开发模式（uvicorn --reload + vite）
python3 run.py --dev
```

默认地址：`http://localhost:8765`

## 最推荐使用方式（先跑上游再迁移）

如果你已经在使用上游 [perkfly/ex-skill](https://github.com/perkfly/ex-skill)，最推荐的方式是：

1. 先在 Claude / Claude Code 中运行上游 Skill，完成记忆构建。
2. 拿到上游生成的 `exes` 目录（里面包含每个角色的 `meta.json`、`memories.md`、`persona.md`、`SKILL.md` 等文件）。
3. 将这个 `exes` 目录直接复制到本项目根目录（覆盖或合并本项目的 `exes/`）。
4. 启动本项目后，即可在 Web 中直接看到这些角色并开始对话，无需重新导入材料。

示例结构：

## 配置说明

首次启动后在 Web 设置页填写：

- `provider`：`claude` 或 `openai`
- `base_url`
- `api_key`
- `model`
