## The Problem

Your enterprise has 5 AI agents — Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, Snowflake Cortex, custom LangChain builds — and none of them agree on what "hold," "approved," or "processed" means. When they exchange data, they exchange ambiguity. At scale, this is hallucination with API credentials.

## The Solution: Three-Layer Agentic Mesh

- **Layer 1 — MCP**: Tool access with ontology-validated responses
- **Layer 2 — OWL + SHACL**: Semantic contract with formal constraints
- **Layer 3 — A2A**: Agent communication with ontology-annotated payloads

## Quick Start

```bash
git clone https://github.com/cloudbadal007/agentic-mesh-blueprint.git
cd agentic-mesh-blueprint
pip install -e ".[dev]"
python demo/run_demo.py
```

## What the Demo Shows

1. **The $340K Mistake** — What happens WITHOUT the mesh (Finance agent auto-releases a compliance hold)
2. **Mesh Catches It** — Same data, routed through ontology validation and SHACL constraints
3. **Version Drift Detection** — Orchestrator blocks mismatched agents (v2.2.0 vs v2.3.1)
4. **Class Support Gaps** — Orchestrator routes around missing capabilities (RegulatoryHold not supported)
