# Getting Started
## Prerequisites
JetBrains Mono - this is the font I use and its pretty good. You can use any **monospace** font you want. If you want to get JetBrains Mono, you can get it from [here](https://www.jetbrains.com/lp/mono/)

Community Material Theme - You can install this from the VS Code Extensions Panel
Material Product Icons - You can install this from the VS Code Extensions Panel

## Installation :wrench:
If you want to just make your VS Code look like mine, then you just copy the contents of the `settings.json` file in the root of this repository, to your VS Code's config. To access your `settings.json`, press <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>Shift</kbd> + <kbd>P</kbd>. Then type `settings json` in the box and select **Preferences: Open User Settings (JSON)** and then just <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>A</kbd> and <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> + <kbd>V</kbd>. I have added explanations for all the settings so you can modify it to your liking

I often find myself switching around different themes. So here are my recommendations for themes to use with this config. Feel free to switch around :)
