A Claude Code skill that implements Richard Feynman's 4-step learning method. 4 prompts. 20 minutes. Knowledge that actually sticks.

## What It Does

Guides you through active recall instead of passive reading:

1. **Concept Map** — Pick the 5 load-bearing ideas from any topic
2. **12-Year-Old Test** — Explain each idea in plain words (the moment learning actually happens)
3. **Gap Finder** — Get an honest report card on your understanding
4. **Analogy Lock** — Anchor each idea with 2 analogies + know where they break down

## Why It Works

Based on 60+ years of cognitive science:

- **Ebbinghaus (1885)**: Forget 80% within 31 days without active reinforcement
- **Koh et al. (2018)**: Teaching others scores 10–20% higher than just studying
- **Karpicke & Blunt (2011, *Science*)**: Retrieval practice beats rereading on every measure
- **Bjork (1994)**: If it feels easy, it's shallow; if it feels hard, it's deep
