A blank, ready-to-use second brain. Download the folder, point Claude Cowork at it, and Claude can read, write, and organise everything inside — with a one-time onboarding that teaches it who you are.

Think of it as a new team member who already knows how you work and how you sound. You set that up once. After that, every session starts with Claude understanding you.

## 👉 Start here

**Open `welcome.html` in your browser.** Double-click it — it opens like any web page and walks you through setup in about five minutes. Everything below is the short version.

## Quick start

1. **Download** this folder and move it somewhere permanent (your Documents folder, not Downloads).
2. **Open Claude Desktop**, go to the Cowork tab, and point a session at this folder.
3. **Say "run onboarding."** Claude asks you a handful of questions and fills in the two foundation files for you. (Or open `about-me.md` and `voice-and-brand.md` and fill them in yourself.)
4. **Start working.** Drop ideas in `01-ideas/inbox.md`. Ask Claude to "process the inbox" when you're ready.

The folders are numbered so they sort in the order you actually use them: capture an idea, turn it into work, keep it running, build up knowledge, then archive what's done.

## How onboarding works

This brain ships blank on purpose. The first time you connect it, Claude notices the foundation files are empty and offers to set them up. Say yes (or say "run onboarding" any time) and it interviews you — your name, what you do, how you want to be spoken to, how your writing sounds — then writes `about-me.md` and `voice-and-brand.md` in your own words. That's the difference between a brain that knows you and a folder full of files.

## Requirements

Cowork lives in the **Claude Desktop app** (macOS Apple Silicon or Windows) on a **paid plan** (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise). It isn't on the free tier, web, or mobile.

## One rule before you start

Before Claude moves, overwrites, or deletes anything, it shows you its plan first. The template tells it to — but it's worth knowing.
