Taroxd 的 RGSS 脚本仓库

**对于每个脚本，如果顶部的注释有 @require XXXX 的话，那么需要把对应文件名的脚本放在这个脚本的上方。特别地，[基础设置](https://github.com/taroxd/RGSS/blob/master/rgss3/taroxd_core.rb)是大部分脚本都需要的。**

因为这里是自用脚本的仓库而非发布脚本的地方，所以这里脚本的使用方法说明都很简单，并且更新时不会考虑向下兼容。
