A production-oriented Codex skill for writing, reviewing, repairing, repeatedly revising, and migrating prompts for MiniMax H3. It compiles copy-ready H3 structures, preserves supplied dialogue and visible text verbatim, and validates the result before delivery.

This is a community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by MiniMax.

## What it covers

- T2VA, I2VA, FL2VA, L2VA, and Ref2VA (`R2VA` in the validator).
- Exact three-field base schemas and six-section Ref2VA schemas.
- Semantic Seedance-to-H3 migration instead of tag-only replacement.
- Repeated revisions that fully recompile the prompt from current active requirements.
- Camera, timeline, dialogue, ambience, diegetic sound, and score separation.
- Deterministic checks for schema order, alignment lines, media roles, references, timestamps, speaker bindings, duration, and prompt length.

## Contracts

- Duration: an integer from 4 through 15 seconds.
- Prompt body: at most 7,000 Unicode characters, including spaces and logical line breaks.
- Newly written structure and narrative: English.
- User-supplied dialogue, lyrics, and visible text: preserved verbatim in the original language.
- Keyframe modes and general reference-media roles are not mixed in one prompt.

The hard limit used by this skill is **7,000 characters**. The bundled validator enforces the skill's documented contract; it does not prove current API access or model availability.

## Install

## Use

Invoke the skill by name and provide the duration, media roles, desired beats, ratio, camera constraints, and any exact dialogue or visible text:

The skill returns one English H3 prompt block, its character count, an asset-role map when needed, and matching Korean/English usage notes.

## Revise

For every requested change, the skill recompiles the latest full H3 prompt from current active requirements instead of patching earlier prose. Provide the latest full prompt or usable conversation history:

Deletions and replacements remove dependent stale instructions as well as the changed content. Revisions need the latest prompt or conversation history; the skill does not claim persistent state outside them. For complex revisions, 5,600 characters is a local soft ceiling, while 7,000 Unicode characters remains the hard H3 prompt limit.

## Validate

Save only the H3 prompt block as UTF-8 `prompt.txt`, then run:

```

For media modes, add a JSON manifest:

```

Valid prompts exit with code `0`; invalid prompts exit with code `1`. Malformed CLI input exits with code `2`.

Run the regression suite with:
