End-to-end automation pipeline for Etsy listings: AI design generation, mockup composition, EtsyHunt-driven keyword research, NLP-aware title/description writing, and automated Etsy upload through the official Etsy API.

## Highlights

- **Three creation modes** in the wizard UI
  - **Single** — one design, multiple mockup templates
  - **Front-Back** — front + back design on the same template (two-pass calibration)
  - **Bulk** — multiple listings in one run, each with its own single or front-back design
- **Tag pipeline** (Tag Lab)
  - OpenRouter AI extracts seed keywords + theme vocabulary from the composed mockup
  - Seeds expanded via EtsyHunt (iframe scrape)
  - Composite scoring (competition + sales + views + long-tail) + relevance tier (strict-then-loose) + token-set dedupe + diversity cap
  - Title-overlap dedupe so tags complement (not duplicate) the title
  - Tier-3 fallback guarantees 13 slots filled
- **Etsy 2025-2026 NLP rules** baked into Gemini prompts: title under 70 chars with primary keyword in first 30, description 1000+ chars with hook in first 160, 13 long-tail tags with intent diversity (gift/recipient/audience/theme variants), photo composition rules per slot
- **Lifestyle mockup generator** — port of upstream `lifestyle-mockup` with extreme-detail prompts for size-scale, color-variants, gift-packaging, back-side-view, and macro-detail slots
- **Official Etsy API** creates a fresh listing, sets its metadata/inventory/images, and publishes it
- **CDP browser** remains optional for EtsyHunt scraping and Pinterest automation

## Setup

On the first run, open `http://localhost:3001/` and go to `Ayarlar`.
Enter the OpenRouter key, Etsy keystring/shared secret, and the registered OAuth
callback URL. Then click `Etsy OAuth Baslat`.
The application opens directly on this setup screen and keeps the dashboard and
pipeline locked until OpenRouter and Etsy OAuth are ready.
The API key is saved to the local `.env` file and is never returned by the
settings API. The OAuth token is saved to the private `.etsy-token.json` file.

Required for the main pipeline:

- OpenRouter API key: used for design generation, mockup generation and Etsy SEO copy.
- Etsy API connection: Etsy Developer keystring + shared secret + OAuth token.
- Etsy shop: the API discovers the shop's listing metadata and policies; optional defaults can be set in `.env` for a new/empty shop.

Optional:

- CDP/Pinterest cookies if EtsyHunt scraping or automatic pinning is needed.

## Run

The application uses the user's own API credentials and Etsy session. No
shop-specific API key, cookie file or browser profile should be
committed to GitHub. `.env`, `config.json`, and `data/` are ignored by Git.

### Blanket PSD preflight

Blanket PSD support is isolated from the existing Sharp/T-shirt composer. Put local templates under `mockups/blanket/psd/`, then inspect their complete nested layer trees and Smart Object candidates:

Use `--layer-id <id>` to persist an explicit mapping and `--fit cover|contain` to configure the insertion behavior. The PSD engine edits a temporary copy through native Photoshop, opens the selected embedded Smart Object, fits the artwork inside its own canvas, and exports the updated parent document as a flattened PNG. The original PSD is checksum-verified before and after every render. The test harness never imports or invokes the Etsy uploader.

## Scope

This is a personal automation built around one specific Etsy workflow: Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex graphic T-shirts. The Tag Lab pipeline, lifestyle mockup generator, and tag-lab-pipeline modules are reusable for other niches; listing metadata defaults are configurable through Etsy shop settings or `.env`.
